1. Shipping Availability
For now, By Rachel Hart ships orders within the United Kingdom only. Orders placed from outside the United Kingdom can't be fulfilled.
2. Delivery Address
Orders are sent to the address entered at checkout. It's the customer's responsibility to make sure all shipping details are correct and complete — incorrect or missing information can lead to delivery delays or returned parcels.
3. Order Processing
Once an order is placed, it's processed within 1 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed over a weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next available business day.
Cut-off time. Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday, may be processed the same day. Orders placed after that time, or over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), are processed on the following business day (Monday).
4. Shipping Time
After processing and dispatch from our logistics centre, the estimated delivery time within the United Kingdom is:
4 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday)

5. Estimated Total Delivery Time
The total delivery time is made up of:
- Processing: 1 to 3 business days
- Shipping: 4 to 9 business days
That gives an estimated overall timeframe of 5 to 12 business days from the date of purchase. These are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. Our logistics partners keep track of shipments to support timely delivery.
6. Shipping Costs
Every order placed with By Rachel Hart includes free shipping. There are no additional shipping or handling charges.

If a shipment can't be delivered because of incorrect or incomplete address details:
- The parcel may be returned to our logistics partner
- Our support team will get in touch to resolve it
- We'll help arrange a redelivery or another suitable solution
To avoid delays, please make sure your shipping details are correct before completing your order. Cases involving returned shipments or delivery issues may also be handled in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
10. Delivery Confirmation
Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, the order is considered successfully completed. If you can't locate a parcel that shows as delivered, our support team will help you contact the carrier and look into it.
